Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday arrived in Assam for a two-day visit to the northern state ahead of the coming Lok Sabha elections. Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma received the PM from Tezpur airport.

PM Modi visited tea gardens today and smelt the fragrance of tea leaves in a naturally enriched garden of oxygen.
